- 72-hr Heat Pack + Insulation: Your plant will be carefully wrapped in Cool Shield Thermal Bubble wrap with a heat pack to protect it from cold temperatures.

- Adding Winter Shipping Protection is required to maintain any guarantees.
- This is an add-on item only—please do not purchase unless you’re ordering plants.
- If you choose not to add Winter Shipping Protection, you agree that no refunds, replacements, or claims will be provided for cold damage.

We pack and ship orders every Monday and Tuesday, ensuring your plants arrive fresh and healthy. However, we may hold shipments due to inclement weather to protect your plants from extreme temperatures.
🚚 Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method, but most orders arrive within 1-3 business days after they leave our facility.
📦 Mugs, totes, tees, and other merch ship separately from plant orders, as these items are custom printed after your order is placed. This means they may have a slightly different delivery timeline than your plants.
