What is your return/cancellation policy? 

We will gladly accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the delicate nature of the products we sell. To cancel an order before your order ships, please email your name and order number to orders@curvyplants.com.

 

What is your guarantee?

We guarantee our plants for 10 days after delivery as long as the plants have not been removed from the original substrate and our Care Guide has been followed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal. 

 

How long will it take to receive my plants?

We pack and ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays, but we may hold packages due to inclement weather conditions.

Shipping time will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select, but usually takes one to three business days. Estimated times shown during checkout are not guaranteed. 

Expedited shipping costs do not change the processing time (the time it takes us to pack and ship your order), but does decrease the transit time once the package has been given to the carrier. 

 

How do you pack orders?

We carefully pack each order with love and intense care. We use sturdy boxes and adequate cushion to ensure safe arrival to your home. 

 

My plant looks different than the picture online. 

We have a living inventory that is constantly growing. Photos on our website represent the size and condition, but not the exact plant you will receive (unless otherwise noted). 

 

What carrier do you use?

We ship via USPS Priority, USPS Priority Express and UPS Ground, and UPS Next Day Air. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

We do not offer international shipping. 

 

Do you offer local pick up? 

Yes! We offer free pick up from Atlanta, GA. Please use coupon code "ATLANTA" at check out to remove the shipping charge. Once your order is complete, please email orders@curvyplants.com with your order # to coordinate pick up. You will receive a response within 48 hours. 

 

Do you include heat packs for cold weather?

We have heat packs available for purchase. Please check your local weather and add heat packs if needed.

Please note, we are only able to honor claims deemed to be due to cold weather damage if you purchased a heat pack.

  

Why did I receive two packages?

Some retail items will be shipped separately from your plant purchase. Additionally, certain plant species are always shipped individually and will not be combined with other plants or orders.

 

Can I add to my order?

We cannot add an item to your existing order, but if you place an additional order before your original order ships, we will combine them to ship together if possible.  

What happens if my plant arrived damaged or dead? Claims Process.

We always package our plants with care, but sometimes the carriers are careless with the package. Please unbox your package as soon as it arrives and send the following information to orders@curvyplants.com.

  • The name of the plant with the issue
  • Describe the damage
  • Attach a photo of the plant from the top down
  • Attach close-up pictures of the issue 

After that, please follow our Care Guide to help your plant begin acclimating to its new home. We will reach out to you with next steps within 48 business hours.
